The dishes are really tasty and well prepared. Bread is served before the actual dish, but it doesn't look very fresh. The service is nice but, especially with women, sometimes a bit too much - due to the Italian mentality. The waiting times are okay, but when it gets full, you have to wait 15 minutes for your drink. Corona management is well done, plexiglass hangs between the tables and the card is scanned onto the cell phone, which gives a good feeling. But especially when it gets full, people already jam at the entrance and it quickly becomes hectic and bustling. Overall, however, a good restaurant.

Attentive service. Confusing ambience; but still stylish. Food came very, very (too) quickly; but was really tasty. Gladly again.

Very nice place, we got there pretty late(right when the kitchen was closing)but the staff was very friendly and still allowed us to eat there. We had 2 pizzas and they were really delicious.

We have been going to Simply Food for several years now. The food is consistently very good and the changing offers are always recommended. There is a lot of good food in Hamburg. One of the reasons for our regular visits, however, was the service. In the early days this had some ups and downs. However, there were then staff who attracted us regularly. Unfortunately, there now seems to have been some personnel changes again, which is why it often goes haywire. Unfortunately, our favorite waiter Christian (long hair and ponytail) doesn't seem to be on board anymore. Christian was a first class waiter who read every wish from your lips. Among other things, it was one of the reasons for our frequent visits. It's a shame he's not there anymore. One reason for us to keep coming is the waitress Josi. She has been with us for a while and has the service under control. If you published the shift schedule on the homepage and we knew that Josi was there, we would come back more regularly. First the positive: Pizza and some dishes are very good - if you want to eat something. Price / performance ratio is not quite right, but I would overlook that if the service was right. The waiters are unfortunately so unfriendly and almost cheeky that I gave up after 15 visits. What is bad is that criticism is not accepted and is also ridiculed. We were often there with many from the neighborhood - but we all gave up. Too bad. It's around the corner - pizza is good but unfortunately you can't go there because of the service.

Nice restaurant, it's nice to sit outside and it's mostly undisturbed. The food was really good and varied, especially the pizzas. We were there at rush hour and the service was accordingly stressed. The wrong drink was exchanged without hesitation and they were friendly too!

Unfortunately, price / performance ratio does not fit at all. Long waiting times (1.5 hours until the main course came and that although not even half of the restaurant was full) the pasta was already under the warmer for a good 10 minutes and was accordingly hard again. Small portions, some parts of the order were forgotten again and again and only brought to the table when asked several times. Bread for soup was forgotten twice and was then charged extra. The nice thing about visiting the restaurant was the terrace. It's a shame, for the price we're not going back there.

The waiter alone deserves 5 stars. We have not received such friendly service and advice for a long time. The food is also highly recommended. We are very enthusiastic and here for the second time.

Even after several visits, you'll be happy to come back! The food is delicious! There is a nice area where you can sit outside comfortably. The staff is always friendly and the prices are reasonable!

Super disappointed!! Although there is a huuuge sign on their outside window with "COFFEE TO GO - VEGAN MILK!" ,they didn't have it, and when we asked the waiter, he was really rude and basically started laughing when we showed him their FALSE advertised vegan options.

Really delicious pizza. The service was friendly and it's nice that they open fairly early. We had a great family meal in what is a cool restaurant. Our son approves.

It is nice place. Good ambiance, good assorment but they do have a communication problem. They don't reply to their emails at all. I made a reservation by opentable web site. I marked the Birthday occasion, I asked if they have a Birthday cake to offer. No answer at all. When we arrived, they mentioned the birthday but that's all... Food, ambiance, prices... OK but Communication with customers before and after hands is very important too.

We had a good service and the quality of the good is good. As we are Italian food livers andlovers and knows the real deal, I can only recommend to eat here. Friendly waiters and also good advisors when it comes to the dish, cocktail or wine.

Good food, but the service was horrible specifically a man with an ear ring in each ear and a ponytail who listened in on my conversation with my wife, me asking if she had said something right in German (her third language) for him to come to the table and speak to us as if we had said something about him and be rude enough to come to our table a second time and rudely correct what he thought he heard and leave before I could say anything. I have worked in restaurants most of my life, and if I had done such a thing I would have had the foresight to at least apologise when someone explains the situation, instead he told my wife to go away and treated us like unwanted guests. I live locally and eat there semi-often, but I will not be going again and I will not be recommending friends or colleagues go. The other servers were very nice, the female member of staff was fantastic and tried to solve the problem but I didn't want complementary items I wanted an apology. Good job on the pizza though.

Lovely modern restaurant with great breakfast and delicious pizza's menus. It's incredible place, because you will see how the pizza cheff will make your 🍕 pizza. I was very surprised to find here great selection of wines. During the evening hours you could find here definitely the best alcoholic cocktail collection and life music performance in Hamburg, but on the other hand, it's chill and cosy place for family event or meeting with friends.

A great restaurant in Barmbek. If you want to eat Italian, this is the place for you. Unfortunately, with my orders and home delivery, I didn't just have good experiences in the past. (Hence a star deduction) We therefore decided to visit the site in a great atmosphere. Go and try it My old rating so far: Simply simple and great. Everything fits for me here. There is also a great selection of drinks.

My girlfriend and I just had dinner here and the food was delicious. The service was very friendly and prices reasonable. The owners Sergei and Viktoriya are lovely people and care a lot about their establishment. My partner is coeliac and Sergei catered for her gluten free very well. Highly recommend, thanks Sergei and Viktoriya!

I was so excited for this place to open. I've been there twice. I find it a little on the pricy side for what it is especially since the atmosphere is that of a quick, casual cafe or bar and not of a stylish restaurant. Pulled beef burger and carpaccio was especially bland and unspectacular but the pizza and pasta are ok. The service last time was like a complete catastrophe out of a film. There were at least 4 servers running around like mad with little earphones as if that helped. Our drinks were forgotten on the bar (we ended up going over and picking them up ourselves) One could hear dishes being dropped and smell pizzas being burnt in the kitchen. The waiter would take one person's drink order and not notice that everyone else wanted refills and leave. One of our orders was mixed up and the waiter argued with us about what we had ordered. They ended up giving us a free dessert for the mix up (delicious lemon sorbet). I'll probably end up trying it again, but simply for the lack of interesting restaurants around Fuhle.
